| To sign up, kindly visit our bank at 195 West Court Street, Richland Center, WI and fill out an application or call 608-647-6306 for more information. |

| How do I access these services once I have signed up? |
| You may access Internet Banking and Bill Payment through Richland County Bank's website at www.richlandcountybank.com. Input your User ID and PIN. If you registered for Internet Bill Payment, you will be prompted to enter the Internet Bill Payment "Customer ID Number" and "Personal Security Code" each time you enter the Bill Payment function. |
