Q. What do I need to sign up for Internet Banking and Internet Bill Payment?
A. To use our internet banking system, you will need a computer with internet access from an Internet Service Provider, and a Web Browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (ver 7.0 & higher) with 128-bit encryption.

Q. What is the cost for Internet Banking and Internet Bill Payment?
A. Internet Banking is FREE!
B. Internet Bill Payment is FREE!

Q. How do I sign up for these services?
A. To sign up, kindly visit our bank at 195 West Court Street, Richland Center, WI and fill out an application or call 608-647-6306 for more information.

Q. How do I access these services once I have signed up?
A. You may access Internet Banking and Bill Payment through Richland County Bank's website at Input your User ID and PIN. If you registered for Internet Bill Payment, you will be prompted to enter the Internet Bill Payment "Customer ID Number" and "Personal Security Code" each time you enter the Bill Payment function.

Q. How do I sign up for E-Statements?
A. Sign into Internet Banking and click on eDocs tab. Complete the five steps.
